In Greece we eat bread: if it’s not on the table then it’s not a complete meal. Join our favorite baker every Tuesday morning for a course in bread making starting with a visit to the central market before heading back to the cooking studio to create a traditional Greek olive bread, a delicious zucchini batzina pie, crunchy anise and sesame biscuits along with a bowl of thick Greek yoghurt topped with spices, nuts and seasonal fruits that you’ll be able to make again and again.
